This 30-minute session is designed so I can learn more about you and your project, your goals, and your expectations so we can create a workable plan of action.
Cancellation Policy
In the event a cancellation is necessary, we require a minimum notice period of 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within this specified timeframe will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, subject to availability. Cancellations received after the designated notice period will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the total cost. Refunds for cancellations made within this timeframe will be provided at the discretion of the management. Please note that no-shows without prior notice will be charged the full amount. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. If cancellation is related to an emergency please contact us via email and someone will get back to you.
