Cancellation Policy
In the event a cancellation is necessary, we require a minimum notice period of 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within this specified timeframe will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, subject to availability. Cancellations received after the designated notice period will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the total cost. Refunds for cancellations made within this timeframe will be provided at the discretion of the management. Please note that no-shows without prior notice will be charged the full amount.
